My love for real estate started back in 2001 when I bought my first investment property. While not realizing it back then, this would grow into a passion that will last my life time.

I had never really worked with tools before, and had barely swung a hammer. I took it upon myself to gut the entire house and as they would say, started to wing it. I committed to renovating the house from top to bottom, and outside of the need for licensed professionals, I did it on my own. From layout design, interior design, and all construction in between, I managed to take a tired, dated home and restore it to a state that would provide a loving home to a family for years to come. I find this process incredibly rewarding.

From here the passion grew and developed into a business that lead me to doing flips throughout the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and Washington. My love of real estate has only grown and developed over the years. While I continue to enjoy getting my hands dirty and working on design and renovations, my focus has shifted to finding that perfect home for my clients.

My experience has allowed me to help my clients with both turn key ready to move in homes, as well as find properties that one may want to build some sweat equity into. There are many gems out there, it all depends on how much, or how little, work you want to put into them.

Project managing has required strong communication skills. This combined with integrity and professionalism is what you can expect from me during and after your real-estate experience.

During down time, I love spending time with my wife behind the wheel driving our kids to and from local hockey and lacrosse arenas, golf courses, dance studios and audition locations throughout the lower mainland.
